Tee had a passion for cooking at a young age and many years of restaurant experiences led to her becoming a self taught chef. The food she cooks is what she feels is delicious to her, her family, and friends. Most of her dishes are street foods found in Asia. Now moving to Wilmington NC to grow her family, Tee has moved on from the truck, but hopes to continue sharing her dishes here in the Wilmington area. So as of now, Tee will be doing only random pop ups and private chef/catering events.

Come try Chef Chris Tolbert’s concept “Circle Pit BBQ” this Saturday from 1pm until sellout. Chris Tolbert from Fayetteville NC, lived in Wilmington for almost 20 years. Worked in the service industry for 22 years. Currently work at Cape Fear Spirits and Beer.
"We’ve spent many hours on trips going to concerts, discussing and planning this project and thought that Carolina BBQ isn’t well represented in the up and coming food scene in Wilmington. We love all things BBQ, cooking outside, cooking with and managing fire. We have big goals and plans and want to express our love for this city and its people through BBQ."
